Player Movement
The purpose of this rule is to clarify the player movement between the CQ U19 team in the Cap League and the Cougars in the HQSL. It should be added to the existing rules.

There is no restriction on movement of registered U19 players between the CQ U19 Cap League team and the Capricorn Cougars.

No contracted Capricorn Cougars player may come back and play in the CQ U19 Cap League matches for any reason.

Under the HQSL rules the Capricorn Cougars are allowed 5 invited players apart from the CQ U19 squad. These invited players cannot play a Cap League match in the same weekend as a HQSL fixture if they have play(ed) more than 20 minutes in that current HQSL match.

Preference will be given to the CQ U19 players for selection in the CQ Wildcats representative matches
