Who will win the Central Queensland traditional season kick off, the Frenchville 6-A-Side, will be known around 2pm this afternoon when the final kicks off at the Club's Clifton Street grounds.
Despite the wet weather the region has been through recently the tournament kicked off on time on Friday evening to continue a three decade tradition.
Teams have nominated from all over the region in both the mens and womens competitions including the strong visitors in MacKay Rangers, Wesley Hall Cup holders Clinton, and Emerald Celtic. Local clubs in Bluebirds, Berserker, Nerimbera and Cap Coast are also supporting the tournament along with host club Frenchville.
