Frenchville's Jesse Rigby is the only Central Queenslander named in the state team, announced today, to contest the National U13 Championships in Canberra.
Full of praise for Rigby CQ Regional Development Officer, Washington Gonzales, said yesterday that it was Rigby's determination and dedication to the tasks given to him that saw him selected.
"Jesse was invited back to the second training camp and the improvement in his play was tremendous". Gonzales said.
The former Uruguay international said that Jesse had put the hard work in and deserved his selection.
