The Unit’s coaching structure has been developed in consultation with Football Queensland to ensure the region’s talent pool has a pathway into the Hyundai Qld State League, the National Youth League Competition and the Hyundai A-League.

Shortage Of Referees More Critical Than Ever

shield fifaThe shortage of referees for the upcoming Football CQ season will bemore than first thought after the  refereeing group meet for the first time in 2010 last night (Wednesday) at a CQU conference room.

Preliminary estimates already suggested that a lack of numbers at tonights sign on would be an issue as quite a number of both senior and junior referees have given refereeing away for a number of reasons both personal and work related.
